Some of my LinxApp messages are missing. What should I do?

In very rare events, where some messages are missing or information is not up to date we recommend that you resync your account.
From the LinxApp main screen click on your profile photo to open your profile menu.
Click the refresh icon in the top right hand corner and wait for the synchronisation to complete.
